The treatment is specifically designed to minimise discomfort in pregnancy. Strict safety guidelines are observed in the choice of all the essential oils.

A four week course to learn a full body massage for your baby.
Through demonstration and practice you will acquire techniques to help with colic, sleeplessness, and ways to help your baby with teething.
Classes are kept small so individual attention can be given.

Two 2-hour workshops to learn the safe and effective application of essential oils for your pregnancy, labour and postnatal care.
The first workshop will focus on how aromatherapy works and how to make blends for common pregnancy symptoms.
The second workshop focuses on labour and post natal care.

A two day interactive course to develop your skills and knowledge of aromatherapy for pregnancy.
The course will help you confidently put into practice massage and aromatherapy techniques relevant to pregnancy, also encompassing labour and post natal recovery.
