PASS IT ON!
I have recently had the pleasure of passing on my knowledge and expertise to a lovely selection of therapists and lay people. I have also had the wonderful opportunity of being part of the regular team on the Chrissy B Show, Sky Chanel 191, talking about using essential oils for health and well-being. I have written 2 new courses this year and continue my work with Tisserand Aromatherapy spreading the efficacy of using essential oils in your daily life. I also continue to see my clients at my private practice in Patcham, Brighton.
So, it’s with great pleasure that I can let you know that from October 2019 I will be joining the staff at The College of Classical Massage to teach a Diploma in Aromatherapy for practising massage therapists who want to use essential oils in their already established practice.
Based in Albourne, their beautiful new venue is a bespoke wooden cabin, heated with a wood-burning stove. It is spacious, comfortable and has views over stunning rolling Sussex countryside with ample free parking, just off the A23, 15 minutes from Brighton and Crawley, 20 minutes from Gatwick.
What an amazing space to learn such a wonderful therapy, set in the heart of the beautiful Sussex countryside just 15 min outside Brighton, 20 min from Gatwick and nearby stations of Hassocks, Wivelsfield or Burgess Hill.
There seems to be an up-swing in interest once again in learning about aromatherapy. For me it never went away, but I do feel passionately that it’s so important to be passing on the correct information as there is a lot of confusion and mis-information about the use of essential oils.
Used safely, essential oils can be a wonderful addition to anyone’s health needs and wellbeing.
Over seven months (8 teaching days) you will learn about the history of aromatherapy, how essential oils work; including the chemistry of the oils, blending and applications. You will study over 30 essential oils and understand their individual therapeutic properties.
The course is accredited by ITEC and you will graduate with a diploma that will give you the confidence and expertise to incorporate essential oils into your practice.
