Presented by Helen Nagle-Smith MIFPA ITHMA
A six-hour online aromatherapy course split over two weeks with clinical aromatherapist, aromatherapy author and educator Helen Nagle-Smith.
This course will enhance your understanding of the widespread nature of trauma, different types of trauma and how it impacts our client’s health and well-being. We will consider how this knowledge can shape the services we offer and our interactions, allowing us to run a more trauma informed aromatherapy practice.
The course will be a combination of lecture, discussion and reflection on your past and current practices. You will be required to reflect on your client work in between the two sessions.
Students will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of learning activities, and there will be plenty of opportunities for questions and feedback.
Handouts are provided to accompany course material.
Each session will be recorded and is available for attendees to watch back, after the course is finished.
