The changes of puberty can be particularly challenging. How wonderful to be able to experience massage and support with essential oils at this time.
I thoroughly enjoy working with this particular client base. They are honest and self-reflective which only enhances their treatments.
At your first treatment I will take a full consultation which allows me to learn about your wellbeing and current health, this enables me to structure each treatment accordingly and helps me to choose a bespoke blend just for you.
Please allow 1 hour 45 for your first full body treatment or 1 hour 15 for back neck & shoulders. Subsequent treatments are between 1.5 hours and 1hr 15.
“Going to see Jo for a massage each month really helped to relax me. I also really benefited from chatting to Jo before hand about how I was feeling and then having different blends of oils to help ease symptoms or comfort me.”
- Katie, Brighton
“I had a massage with Jo this morning, it was absolutely wonderful!! Such a relief to find someone so good, I have had many massages but none to Jo's standard! I cannot recommend her enough!!!”
- Fay, Saltdean
“I really appreciate that Jo takes the time to listen and discuss my needs before selecting the oils. My regular massages are something I look forward to as an antidote to my busy life and some precious ‘me time’. I always leave relaxed and can feel the tension in my shoulders, back and neck has slipped away.”
- Mel, Brighton
“I have been having my luxurious full body aromatherapy massage with Jo for over 15 years. It's so wonderful to discuss how I am feeling and then relax completely with each bespoke blend of oils. As a busy working mum it's important that I make space in my life to care about myself on a regular basis. I cannot express how grateful I am for that precious me time, she helps keep me sane.”
- Heather, Brighton
