SUMMER BLOGS
Over the coming weeks and throughout the summer I am delighted to be welcoming some guest bloggers to my page. All of them skilled and experienced practitioners for pregnancy and post natal care.
First up is Fiona Tasker, A delightful yoga teacher with many years of experience. She runs classes in Brighton & Hove and specialises in pregnancy care. She will be telling us all about Mum & Baby Yoga.
Next up is Rebecca Ashby a Chiropractor who runs the very successful an busy practice Back to Balance Chiropractic Clinic in Hove. She will be giving us some top tips for helping improve/prevent pelvic problems through ought your pregnancy.
And finally we will be meeting Margarita Bennett who runs Belly Bloom & Belly Buster. She helps women prepare for labour and offers exercises for post natal recovery too.
